It’s Autumn-time That I Love Most

 It’s Autumn-time That I Love Most

As leaves put on their crimson clothes

And blades of grass will join the show

With hues of rust and golden crowns,

Donning on the seasons gowns,

With geese heard honking in the air

And mountain lakes so cool and clear,

Butterflies in mass migration

On their journey ‘cross the nation,

Hints of smoke still in the air

from fires blazing forests fair,

While mountains stand majestic, tall

and dare the dews encompass all.

Before the dews will turn to frost,

it’s Autumn-time that I love most.
